ShadowBack is a software-based backup
solution. It preserves all of the important files from your computer.
While you work, ShadowBack copies and preserves all of the important
files that you’ve changed.
Backup
MediaYou may only want to back up to hardware you already own.
ShadowBack allows you to back up your C:\ drive to any other drive,
including the C:\ drive. Ideally, though, it’s best to back
up to a different place than where you keep your original data.
Options include another hard disk, writeable DVDs, CDs, tapes, zip
disks or removable drives.
How
Often to Back Up
How often you back up depends upon how often and how many files
you change, what you back up to and which files you decide to back
up. For most people, we recommend daily backups of the files you
are working on, and periodic backups of all of the files on your
computer.
Everybody has to come up with their
own backup strategy. For additional information, check out that
ShadowBack user guide. If you have any questions about the best
way to back up, feel free to contact us at: support@WarmandFuzzyLogic.com.
